BrainBox is an innovative platform designed to transform documents into actionable knowledge using artificial intelligence. Users can upload documents and interact with their content through intelligent queries, summaries, and more, facilitating better decision-making and collaboration.

Intelligence Units are BrainBox's compute currency. They are used for various operations: 1 unit per 10 pages for OCR processing, typically 1 unit per question (complex queries may use more), and pro models can use up to 10x more units per question for enhanced accuracy.

Users can upload PDF files with a maximum size of 200 MB. The number of files allowed depends on your plan: Free (1 box), Student/Standard (10 boxes), and Enterprise (1000 boxes per user).

Sharing options depend on your subscription. Enterprise users can share Boxes directly with team members. All users can create public links to share Boxes, but be mindful that anyone with the link will have access.

BrainBox prioritizes user privacy and document security. We implement enterprise-grade security measures, and any shared information is limited to the access permissions you set. You have full control over who can access your documents.

We offer multiple support channels including email support, documentation, and priority support for Enterprise customers. Our team is available to help you get the most out of BrainBox.

BrainBox offers flexible pricing plans starting from free. Our paid plans include Student ($10/month), Standard ($28/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Annual subscriptions receive a 10% discount.
